Tek-Sil® GP1X Series, High Thermal Conductivity, 1.3 W/m-K

If you need a gap filler with higher thermal conductivity, Tek-Sil® GP1X is rated at 1.3 watt/mk compared to 1.5 watt/mk for the standard "GP" material. GP1X material is presently available in nine thicknesses. As with the original Tek-Sil® GP material, the high performance "GP1XH" is available with one hardened surface to ease handling of the material and release liner is supplied on one side. Tek-Sil® GP1XN is extruded with a nylon mesh that makes it puncture resistant while not affecting the thermal properties of the base material. Tek-Sil® GP1XHN is a general purpose gap filler pad. It has one hardened surface and nylon mesh. Distortion from compression is minimized.

As with all other Tek-Sil® materials, Can be die cut special shapes to customer specifications.
To order sheets of "GP1X" specify the thickness
(Part number GP1X-118 for a sheet .118" (3.0mm) thick).
